How Does It Work?
Our weekly order cycle works as follows:
We send out an email on Sundays (sometimes we are late and the email goes out on Monday morning). The email lists what fish we think will arrive at the docks in the upcoming week. We usually include a recipe and some pertinent information about delivery location and days, and other weekly goings on.
Our order deadline is Tuesday at midnight for general Concord and surrounding area delivery. We deliver in Concord on Wednesdays (Noon to 6 p.m.) and all the surrounding towns (as well as Concord) on Thursday and Friday between 10 am and 6 pm.
If you are in a pinch, or have a special weekend event, we might be able to deliver on a Saturday (email us if you need one). If you live in a town that surrounds Concord, the default delivery day is Thursday, unless you specify/request otherwise.
All of our deliveries are made in insulated coolers full of ice (either an igloo cooler or a styrofoam cooler). If you are home when we make the delivery, you can take your fish and put it in the fridge. If you are not home, we leave the cooler at your door and we pick up the cooler when you order the following week.
